Adams International LLC USA ships industrial components from the United States to buyers in other countries. Catalog prices are shown in US Dollars. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout when your destination address is available.
At checkout, product price, applicable tax and shipping are displayed where they can be calculated in advance. The shipping amount can vary by destination, package size and the brands in your order. Orders of $200 or more may qualify for free shipping as shown on the website. If a shipping charge cannot be determined automatically, our team will confirm it before the order is completed.
For international shipments, import duties, customs fees and local taxes may be charged by the destination country. Those charges are the buyer’s responsibility unless we tell you otherwise in writing. Adams does not collect destination-country import duties at checkout.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and for meeting any import, licensing or documentation requirements in the destination country.
Transit time depends on the destination, the carrier used for that shipment and customs clearance. In-stock catalog items are prepared after payment is confirmed. Sourced or special-order items may have a longer lead time; we will contact you if an item is not available or if delivery will take longer than expected.
If a parcel does not arrive within a reasonable time, contact us at info@adamsint.net with your order number and we will help track the shipment.
Some products cannot be shipped to every country because of export rules, carrier restrictions or import limits at destination. If an order cannot be delivered for those reasons, we will contact you.
If the order must be canceled due to issues on your side, such as import restrictions in your country, manufacturer restocking and transportation costs may be deducted before any refund is processed. See our Returns & Refunds page for the full return policy.
If a package arrives visually damaged or opened, ask the carrier to note this before you sign for the shipment, then contact info@adamsint.net with photos of the packaging and the product.
