We will not be liable if Adams Shop is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time we may restrict access to all or part of the website for maintenance, security or operational reasons. You are responsible for making the arrangements needed to access the site and for ensuring that anyone who uses it through your connection is aware of these terms.
Adams does not store full credit card details on this website. Card payments are processed through a secure payment provider. You remain responsible for keeping your account login details confidential.
All catalog pricing is shown in US Dollars. The final amount, including applicable tax and shipping, is displayed before you complete checkout. Adams International LLC USA may update prices at any time without prior notice. If a transaction is not completed in the ordinary course, whether by error or otherwise, Adams reserves the right to cancel the order.
After you select products and proceed through checkout, payment is processed when you submit the payment form. After a successful transaction you will receive an email confirming your purchase. Orders are dispatched after payment has been confirmed.
We accept major credit and debit cards for online checkout. Quote and sourcing requests may be invoiced separately according to the quotation we send you. Orders are processed after payment confirmation.
A quote, RFQ or sourcing inquiry is a request for information, not a purchase. Quoted prices, lead times and availability are estimates based on the details you provide and on supplier information available at the time. A sale is formed only when you accept a quotation or complete an online checkout and Adams confirms the order.
From time to time an item shown as in stock may no longer be available. If that happens we will contact you within three working days to offer a refund, discuss a back order, or propose a suitable alternative.
Some listings may be special-order or sourced items. If you order a product in that category we will contact you within three working days with the estimated delivery time. You may then continue with the order or cancel it for a refund of amounts paid for that item.
Our return window is 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and in the original packaging. We require a receipt or other proof of purchase. Perishable goods and products that are intimate in nature cannot be returned.
If an order must be cancelled because of issues on your side, such as import restrictions in your country, manufacturer restocking and transportation costs may be deducted before any refund is processed.
Partial refunds may apply if an item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or if it is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Once we receive and inspect a return, we will email you to confirm receipt and to notify you whether the refund is approved or declined. If approved, the credit is applied to the original payment method within a reasonable number of days.
If a refund appears late, first check your bank or card account, then contact your card issuer or bank. Processing times vary. If you still have not received the refund, contact us at info@adamsint.net.
Only regularly priced items are eligible for refund. Sale items cannot be refunded, except where required by law or where the item is faulty.
Items are checked before dispatch and packed with care. If you receive a faulty or damaged product, contact info@adamsint.net and we will arrange a replacement or another appropriate remedy. Faulty and damaged items remain subject to the return conditions above. If a package arrives visually damaged or opened, ask the carrier to note this before you sign for the shipment.
At checkout, product price, tax and shipping are displayed where they can be calculated in advance. For international shipments, import duties, customs fees and local taxes may be charged by the destination country. Those charges are the buyer’s responsibility unless we tell you otherwise in writing.
If a parcel does not arrive within a reasonable time, contact us at info@adamsint.net and we will help track the shipment.
Catalog descriptions, images, manufacturer names and part numbers are provided to help industrial buyers identify components. We do not guarantee that a product is interchangeable with another part unless that is confirmed in writing. Buyers remain responsible for verifying technical fit for their application.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adams International LLC USA is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of this website, delay in delivery, or the selection of a product for a particular application. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such a limit is not permitted by law.
